Hello, I’m Anna. I first came to yoga as a runner needing to take more care of my body, but I soon noticed huge improvements in my emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as feeling physically better, and yoga quickly become an important part of my life. A desire to share the practice with others led me to take my 200 hour teacher training with Naomi Annand at the very special Yoga on the Lane in Dalston, London, and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.
Unfurl Yoga represents what I want to share through teaching. I teach thoughtful, playful vinyasa flow, with the emphasis on your unique individual experience, and with the belief that every body and mind can benefit from yoga.
