Unfurl Yoga – thoughtful and playful vinyasa flow
I teach yoga classes for all levels of ability and for all sizes and shapes, and I’m based in South East London. It’s quite simple: you’ll move your body, you’ll quieten your mind, and you’ll breathe. Practicing yoga connects your mind and body using breath and movement, and can be used as a tool to help you handle the stresses and strains of life.
